A state-qualified mountain leader with a Master's degree in Sports Management from ESG Paris, I have been organizing and managing the JWS group's complete nature sports activity since 2008, including the leisure activity parks at Col de la Faucille (Jura Massif), and since 2022, the activities at Fort l'Écluse Adventure in Léaz.

At the same time, I design and organize team-building events for employees of companies and institutions based in Geneva and abroad. I also organize training for employees in motivational and team-building seminars: change management, management, leadership, stress management, media training and crisis management.At Nature & Immersion, our experiences began in 1998, as a runner in the famous famous adventure races (Raid Gauloises) around the world to discover and share unique adventures as part of a team of competitors. This desire to live these experiences has led us to bring people into contact with nature in a nature in a meaningful way. We have grown from a small group of outdoor enthusiasts to a to a leading professional provider of adventure experiences.
