Our History

A state-certified mountain guide with a Master’s in Sports Management from ESG Paris, I have organized since 2008 and now lead JWS’s complete sports-nature activities—at Col de la Faucille and, since 2022, at Fort l’Écluse Adventure in Léaz. In parallel, I design and run team building events for companies and institutions in Geneva and abroad.

I also train employees during motivational and cohesiivity seminars: change management, leadership, stress management, media training and crisis management.

Our journey began in 1998 as competitors in the legendary Raid Gauloises adventure races worldwide—to discover vast landscapes and share unique team experiences. That passion drives us today to connect people with nature meaningfully. From a small group of outdoor enthusiasts, we’ve become a leading professional adventure provider, always ensuring each Nature & Immersion experience is memorable, sustainable and inspiring.
