Equicoaching, for you

Between your intention and the outcome you seek, there is a relationship.

In the field, your gestures, posture and responses become observable. The horse’s response can highlight a gap between what you intend to communicate, what you say and how you act.

With Nicolas, you take time to understand the interaction and connect it to your situation. Reflection helps you name a feeling, recognise a habit and explore another way of responding.

The approach

From encounter to understanding.

The programme combines conversation, experience on foot and reflection. Exercises and venue are selected according to your objective.

  1. 01

    Start with you

Clarify what brings you here, your expectations and any concerns. This conversation establishes a framework for the experience.

  2. 02

    Experience the interaction

Build a connection through simple, progressive instructions. Observe your actions, feelings and the response within the interaction.

  3. 03

    Connect it to everyday life

Put the experience into words with Nicolas, then identify an adjustment you would like to explore in your daily life.

Personal attention

Nicolas, alongside you in the encounter.

A professional Comtois horse breeder and state-qualified hiking guide, Nicolas Guitton brings practical knowledge of horses and of welcoming people into the outdoors.

What brings you here matters as much as the encounter itself. Before your visit, talk with Nicolas about your expectations, any concerns and the setting in which you feel comfortable.

You agree on the venue and the approach together. During the session, there is space to observe, talk and reflect at your own pace.

Do I need to know how to ride?

No. Equicoaching takes place on foot and does not require riding experience. The encounter is guided with progressive instructions.

Can I come alone, outside a business programme?

Yes. Individual support is also available to private clients. You can bring a personal question, a wish to understand your responses or simply an interest in discovering the approach.

How is the venue selected?

The venue depends on the format, your situation and hosting options. Discovery sessions take place at the Ferme Équi’table des Monts-Jura; other venues and residential options are confirmed with Nicolas before your visit.

What should I prepare before coming?

Tell us about your expectations, concerns and accessibility needs. Nicolas then confirms the venue, timings and suitable clothing and footwear for the planned experience.
